AJ apparel is produced on demand after an order is placed. Because each item is made specifically for your order, please carefully review the following before checkout:

• Shipping address

Fulfillment

Most products typically take about 2–5 business days to produce before shipping, though production times can vary by product and current demand. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Please rely on the delivery estimate shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available after your order ships.

Returns and exchanges

Because AJ apparel is produced on demand, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Selecting the wrong color

Please review sizing information before you buy.

Damaged, misprinted or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially incorrect because of a fulfillment error, contact AJ within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the issue

Eligible issues may result in a replacement or refund after review.

Lost packages

Please report a package you believe was lost in transit within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong address or unclaimed packages

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, additional reshipping charges may apply.
